I went facial at TOUCHE (bugis outlet) this morning. Thanks to Rachel for her gift certificate, I had a free facial! =) The place was very clean and tidy. My room was at level 2 so I took the spiral staircase up. Before the therapist start, she applied some essence oil on her hands and placed her hands over my face, the smell of the oil was very relaxing. She did diamond peel for me. It is a treatment where by they will remove the dead skin from your face before they start doing extraction. This is my first time doing diamond peel, after that, she even showed me my dead skin that were attached to the cotton wool. Haha. It was a standard facial, extraction, massage and then followed by mask. I like it cos its very relaxing and calming =) Thanks Rachel!

Grading is this Sunday! I am partly excited and partly scared of it. Sparring is gonna be tough... Wish me luck.
