2nd day in Shanghai

HELLO~

Today is my second day in shanghai. The weather here is damn hot and sunny. There was a thunderstorm yesterday though. I am staying at my 小姨's house, with my cousins! Cousin Gabriel is so cute!!! Hah. We went to the Shanghai Madame Tussauds wax museum yesterday after resting from the midnight flight. Oh, let me tell you, midnight/early morning(of the day) flights are damn tiring cos no matter how I shift myself in my seat to sleep, I still get backache upon arrival. But the good thing was the plane was quite empty =) That also means less noise =) Back to the wax museum. We got the tickets student price which entitled us entry to all exhibits. Took quite a number of photos there but they are all with my sister. Will post them up after I get them from her. After that we went to Nanjing Road for a walk. The air on the streets was damn dry and warm, basically just hot air, very stuffy. We had XiaoLongBao for dinner =) The huge one was not as amazing as friends had described to me, its just that it comes in a bigger size(meaning more bao skin) and more soup in it. It was crab meat flavour and we thought it tasted werid. We decided to take a cab back but everytime we flag for one, it will be snatched by cab-snatchers. Sian.

Today I went to 七宝古镇. It is made up of many streets appear in those ancient Hong Kong dramas. There were shop on both our left and right selling all kinds of stuff. We tried their 臭豆腐 and it was quite nice =) Went to their popular bookmall today. Take note, it's called bookMALL. Will post the photos soon. =)
