Saturday was happening for me.. actually starting from saturday all the way till yesterday evening was happening. Haha! Went for driving lesson at noon and karate after that and then went to meet my beloved seniors! Talking about the driving lesson reminded me of last thursday. I was taking a short-cut (as usual, cos that's what I always do to save on time and walking distance) to city plaza and I fell down la. Was walking through this 'forest' and tripped on this twig with my phone in my hand. I was sending a happy birthday message to my friend when I fell. Tsk. Luckily I wore jeans, so there wasn't any scratches on my legs. But my palms hurt from the abrasion, my right palm got a cut while the left one was swollen. My phone got scratched too! I was like... omg.. please please please don't leave any scratch marks on the phone. But if its not for the phone, my left palm would be bleeding too. So I guessed I could call it a blessing in disguise.
Haha. Enough about my fall. Met-up with my seniors for dinner at night and xiaojia was super late. Me and junlong finished three-quarter of our food before she came. JJ was supposed to be joining us but haiz.. nevermind.. Haha. It was a fun gathering =D
National day was even more fun. Though I got to go and give tuition in the morning at 10am, which is quite a spoiler. Went to Henderson waves with my ex-colleague and her son=D It was like a back-to-nature walk from all the mundane city life.

Went to Chinatown for dinner and bought home KOI cafe bubble tea for my cousins and family. This year's NDP was the most entertaining one to date! I love the part where the kids talked about that they want to be when they grow up, especially the last boy who said he wanted to be the president of singapore! And fast enough, the camera man caught President Nathan's facial expression, who was like.. letting out a smile. Haha! My brother cooked spaghetti for everyone and sis made potato salad. They finished the whole bottle of ginger beer without me!!! TSK! But nevermind, I've got my bubble tea. Haha. Uncle made popcorn for everyone and there was jelly too. Everyone was feasting like we haven't eaten for weeks. Haha. Went to my cousin's house to watch the fireworks when the parade was about to end. This year's display was abit disappointing though there were star and cresent shaped fireworks. Didn't lasted as long as we thought.
