SSS and dinner with sj and cheryl

Wao.. today was totally happening.

Visited the Singapore Sports School this morning to see see look look. Haha. Saw their olympic size swimming pools and looked at their hostel room. They looked cosy. Haha. Went to AMK before lunch. Had lunch at Katong with Gabriel and Peter. Had Katong laksa =D Something drama happened la. I was sitting there quietly enjoying my bowl of laksa when this s-t-u-p-i-d fly came and disturb me. I tell you ah, it was so damn irritating ok? Then after shoo-ing it away, it flew to Gabriel's side. Don't know why, it somehow aim itself straight into his bowl of laksa and landed in the soup, wriggled for a few sec and died. Then Gabriel was like... wth! Haha. And he was saying 'thats the fastest way to kill a fly'. So, he scooped it up and empty the contents onto the table. Here's a pic to aid your imagination:

After that went to katong shopping center to print stuff. Was suppose to meet Seng Juong and Cheryl at 3.45 at city hall. but by the time I left katong, its already 3.45pm. opps. haha. lost track of time. So I met them at starbucks. The three of us bought our drinks and chilled out for quite a wile before deciding to go to Astons for dinner. And so, we walked from city hall to the cathy. The queue was already forming when we got there. So we happily joined the queue and was ushered to our seats shortly. I was playing metal slug on SJ's psp to kill time. WE WAITED FOR 45 MINS for our food to be served. That, I think, was totally unacceptable. We even have the thought of running out of the resturant after our meal, without paying. That was a crazy idea, of course, as law abiding citizens, we went to the cashier to pay the bill. We walked back to cityhall and went to MPH to check out Peter's book and some books after that, and took some pics before we went home. Peter's book was finally in the stores! It's titled 'The Joys & Pains of Growing Up' by Peter Lau. I highly recommend that you get a copy of it and read it! Those who already have it will agree with me that it's a great book! =D Thinking about all the things I ate today, they are all junk food. Nice to eat but not very filling and healthy. Haha. Overall, it was really a great day! =D
