rosti madness

Revised PBF and economics today and I realised that I have not done the tutorial questions for PBF! [x_x] 7 essay questions in total. Had already completed 2 of them and was feeling rather brain dead already. Shall do 2 more questions later and leave the rest to tomorrow and Sunday. There’s going to be econs assignment on Monday, do and hand in on the spot and I don’t think it will be an open book one. So, all I have to do now is to familiarise myself with the different types of questions they have.

Spent most of the time today working on the template of my blog. Here’s the result! Hehe. Nice? But I think there are still some imperfections. Hmm, I shall perfect them in time to come. :p

I promised to make lunch for Tiff today. She’s going to reach at 1pm and I had just started peeling the potatoes at 12.30pm. This is my third attempt to make rostis. Practice make perfect and this time my rostis finally have the ‘rosti’ look. Haha Tiff made me realised that actually I don’t know how to cook an egg sunny side up. I could only cook scrambled eggs. :( So I let her prepare the eggs. Haha! Together with my brother, the 3 of us finished a big plate of noodles, the rostis and the eggs, coke as our beverage. We were damn full after that. I stayed in the kitchen for 3 hours today and now I know the joys and pains of preparing a meal. Haha!

This is my rosti! Its very crispy and edible. Incase you are wondering, the tiny black dots are chilli powder that I use to season the potatoes before cooking it. YUP! =D

Tiff is going to Shanghai for 3 months for her attachment programme next week. Won’t be able to see her for 3 months! :( And that’s why I suggest cooking her lunch today. I’m gonna miss you Tiff! Take lots of care when you are in Shanghai!

The rest of the class is gonna celebrate John's birthday with him tmr and I bet the session will be damn fun. But I couldn't make it, so apologies to John and Amanda the rest of the people and not forgetting, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHN! =) Have fun and Wynne, remember to take lots and lots of pictures and show them to me!
