new year's eve - 6th feb 08
i didn't have to work but my sis and bro has to go to school.. haha.. stayed at home in the morning to pack up my messy table.. went to chinatown with my mom in the afternoon to get last minute new year goodies.. alot of people there lor, then my mom did all the buying while i'm only there to help carry the stuffs.. and the weather was rather hot, the place was rather noisy cos every stall holder was like using their hailer or microphones to shout for customers.. my mom and me have to shout to communicate.. lol.. then while my mom was buying candies, i stood at one corner.. starring into spaces until i saw desmond, at first i was not very sure that it was him cos u know, chinatown leh.. very rare to see familiar faces de .. LOL.. what a coincidence.. like so... haha.. unexpected.. we chatted for a little while until his gf came to look for him.. after that, me and mom went to bugis to shop for other stuff before we go home to prepare dinner.. i slept at 2.30am that night after all the counting down and tv shows..
初一 - 7th feb 08
wohoo!! today is ang bao collecting day.. haha.. alot of goodies to eat also..!! went to my gm's house first and i had so much fun with my cousins.. took pictures and played sparkles.. lol.. i know it sounds abit wried to play sparkles in the morning.. haha.. but we played anyway.. its those kind that will create sound de.. so still ok.. went to my uncle's house in the afternoon.. and i saw sherlene who is my distant cousin who is also studying in tpjc.. j2 this yr.. we chatted on so many things and she told me that my picture appeared in the sch newsletter again.. haha.. then we played cards with her bro.. and the most shocking thing is that me and my sis found out that one of our cousins there(maternal side) is in the same sch(dunman high) as another of our cousin here(paternal)... lol!!!!! singapore is really very very small lor.. like that also can be in the same school and same class somemore.. and they even knew each other.. lolzzzzz...... very shocking news.. we are linked ~~~
初二 - 8th feb 08
today we didn't do much visiting.. ang bao also very little.. haha.. went to movie with my cousins in the evening.. we watched ah long pte ltd at kallang leisure world.. mark lee act till damn funny.. my sis and me laughed like crazy in the cinema.. but i think jack neo films are always very local and had hidden meanings behind the lines.. macham critising the G like that.. overall it was an entertaining show la.. haha.. luckily most part of it was in canto.. if most of it is in hokkien, i sure dun understand what theyare talking about and will miss all the funny parts though there are english subtitles.. go watch if you haven't watch it!!! =D
