This blog is officially 1 year old! It's quite amazing that I can keep it alive for one year. Haha.

I had been going in and out of NUH so often these few days. My grandmother is in the ICU, under intensive care. Cardiac and kidney problems. I wanna cry everytime I visit her. Its like, she got tubes here and there, all around her body. Just like what happened to my grandfather 4 years ago. Very sad to see this sight. Haiz. She talked to me on Saturday, when I visited her after lesson, at noon. She said she wanted apple and kopi-O. But there was only porridge and watermelon juice in her room. I really didn't know what to do then, so I kind of lied to her, saying that mummy will bring her coffee when she comes in the afternoon. It was a white lie la, dun blame me for lying. Surprisingly, she remembered whatever I said and demands for her coffee when my mum went in to take a look at her. So in the end, my aunt went to buy. And my grandmother was like, 'how come you all took so long to get my coffee???' Her condition now is like, from critical to stable, then from stable to critical again, like merry-go-round. Hope that she can pull through soon.

Daddy finally came back from S.A. yesterday! We went to the airport at 6.30am to fetch him home. As usual, he brought many goodies back. There were Japanese snacks (given to him by his Jap colleague), sweets from S.A. and one whole big bag of bread crumbs (haven't tasted it though). Mummy cooked laksa for the whole family for breakfast =) We went to NUH again before Daddy dropped me off at Riverview Hotel to help at the parenting sem. I was asked to join in for the self-esteem games again, cos some of the parents don't have partners, just like the June one. It's quite fun la, just that I don't have anything to share during the 'talk about one of your child' part. Haha.

Looking back, I had been helping out at LM for almost 1/2 of the year --- School workshops, camps, previews, oasis. I must say that it has definitely been enriching for me, learnt many new things and also got the chance to visit many schools around Singapore. I mean, not many people got the chance to go to so many schools even when they were a student ya? Haha.
Want to thank these people who had been with me for the past 6-7 months:
Thank you Ernest, Ken, Gabriel & Peter.
Also, thanks to ChengHao and XinYing for the many times we resourced and chatted together.

ChengHao: You're welcome!
Zhilin: I'm good. Thanks! Enjoy your time in Poland!
